This Quality Stainless Steel Band is made of Low Nickel 316L Hypo Allergenic Surgical Steel, and is no different than the ones you pay for $60.00 to $200.00 each. It is little less than 5/16" (8mm) Wide. This dome shaped band has a cross design at the center of the band and it is polished finish to create a very nice look. Sizes 7 to 14 (including half sizes) are available.

This ring is much more impressive in person. The brushed finish of the band combined with the polished cross cut-out make for an elegent piece. It's hard to tell from the picture, but the cross is a seperate piece that can be pushed out of the band, but the design is such that it can't be completely seperated, and it won't fall out. The top and bottom edges of the band are polished as well. I chose the standard shipping, and it arrived promptly. I am very happy with my purchase.
I didn't realize when I bought this that the cross was a separate piece. Unlike the other reviewers, I haven't jacked with mine, so it looks the same as it did the day I bought it (nearly a month later), but I dont' like the idea that it can bend or distort contrary to the rest of the ring.
I would be happier with the cross simply carved into the ring.
